OUR MANUFACTURING
Behind Our Brand

SuperX apparel offers more than what initially meets the eye.

Recognizing that only the finest would suffice, we dedicated months to scouring the globe for superior factories.

After an exhaustive search, we meticulously chose the cream of the crop. The manufacturing facility we collaborate with is a certified fair-wage workplace, committed to delivering the utmost in quality craftsmanship.

Creating inexpensive, subpar products isn't our ethos. Although it might be simpler to align with factories that fall short of our stringent standards, we opt for the more challenging route.

Whether it's substandard working conditions or inferior materials, we stand firm against partnering with manufacturers who prioritize profits over the well-being of people.

We hold our manufacturing partners to the highest quality standards, ensuring continuous quality control checks and adherence to best practices. Our commitment is to be pioneers in both quality and technology.

Regularly collaborating with our facilities, we strive to update and upgrade machinery and processes, guaranteeing the quality and performance you expect from SuperX.

We refuse to settle for anything less than exceptional, and "good enough" is simply not in our vocabulary. Our aim is to provide you with the absolute best gear, without compromise.

If you're curious about delving into the intricacies of our manufacturing processes, let's explore the details:

How do you certify that each of your facilities lives up to your high-quality standards?

When choosing our manufacturing collaborators, we seek specific certifications that signify their ongoing dedication to quality and continual enhancement. We require three distinct governmental certifications from every manufacturing facility in our network:
ISO9001

The ISO9001 certification is the international standard for a quality management system - also known as a QMS. Manufacturers who meet the ISO 9001 standards are committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet (or exceed) customer and regulatory requirements.
BSCI

Our manufacturing facilities use BSCI supported suppliers who are committed to continuously improving working and social conditions throughout the supply chain.
SA8000

The SA8000 is a social management certification that encourages organizations to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace. Developed in 1989 by Social Accountability International, the SA8000 certification is regulated by an advisory board consisting of trade unions, NGOs, civil society organizations and companies. The SA8000’s criteria were developed from various industry and corporate codes to create a common standard for social welfare compliance.

How do you guarantee that each SuperX piece stands up to your high-quality promise?

Recognizing the necessity for higher quality standards in the activewear industry, we decided to take on the challenge. Unlike some companies that compromise on material production or skip quality control inspections for faster manufacturing, every one of our products undergoes thorough QC inspections multiple times throughout the entire process. We believe that no one should settle for poorly made, low-quality activewear.

How are you keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and design trends?

Keeping abreast of the newest advancements in manufacturing, design, and material technology poses a challenge, but it's a challenge we enthusiastically embrace. To ensure the continuous production of high-quality gear that resonates with your preferences, our product development and design teams regularly participate in technology exhibitions.

Our Fabric Making Process

At SuperX, crafting exceptional clothing is an art form. Each garment undergoes a meticulous hand-stitched process, emphasizing precision and attention to detail. We take pride in using multiple panels of premium-quality fabric, carefully selected for their durability and quality feel, to create the designs you see. We incorporate cutting-edge technology, such as 4-way stretch materials, ensuring optimal flexibility and comfort. The intricate 3D stitching technique not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to the structural integrity of our garments. With a fusion of artisanal craftsmanship and innovative technology, we create clothing that not only looks and feels superior but also stands the test of time.
